Scientific opportunities for young aspiring computer researchers

  • Baltic Summer School 2017 in Klaipeda, Lithuania

    Target group: Students and professionals in the field of informatics, computer science or electrical engineering

    The Summer School (from 16th to 30th of July, 2017) contains six special modules with corresponding tutorials, one module "Academic Presentation" (German or English) plus induvidual research und studies for the module "Academic Writing" with a total amount of 8 credits. Credits are allocated based on students workload (ECTS).

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in informatics, computer science or electrical engineering
    • Certified good knowledge of english language

    This conference presents an opportunity for young aspiring computer scientists to present their first academic Thesis, term or seminar paper at an international event, receive feedback by reviewers and peers and obtain a first publication.

    Forensic Track

    The conference aims on presenting new technologies, exchanging experiences and fostering a discussion about forensic technologies, privacy issues versus forensics, and the social impact of forensics.
