DEVELOPING SKILLS TOGETHER
CESAR, the association of Rouen HEIs, is holding its 3rd International Staff Training Week (ISTW) from Monday 12th to Thursday 15th June 2017. This year, we will be focusing on developing skills together in international relations.
This ISTW will be a unique way to find out more about the topic by sharing best practices and
networking with member institutions of CESAR (CESI, ENSA Normandie, ERFPS, ESADHaR,
ESIGELEC, IRTS IDS Normandie, INSA Rouen Normandie, NEOMA Business School, UniLaSalle and the University of Rouen Normandie) and you, our partner institution colleagues.
International Office staff, Students Affairs Office staff, teaching staff, deans and international relations stakeholders.
The ISTW will combine seminars, workshops, a company visit, a survival French lesson and
sightseeing in Rouen.
The main topics will be: linguistic preparation, intercultural communication, increasing outgoing mobility, adapting your communication, anticipating and managing crises, managing refugees,
Erasmus + funding opportunities for Non-EU, organising a world café and designing a summer school.
The sessions will be conducted in English.
