The program includes improving the qualifications of PhD students of all faculties of PG and increasing the qualifications of the academic staff in the context of internationalization of their research and dissemination of their results. Implementation period from October 1, 2019 to March 31, 2023.
The following activities will be implemented under the project:

mobilities of Gdańsk Tech students to foreign scientific conferences,
-
participation of PhD students from Gdańsk Tech and foreign universities in specialized summer and winter scientific schools at Gdańsk Tech,
-
monthly stays of Gdańsk Tech students in renowned scientific and research centers and academic centers abroad, enabling the use of unique equipment unavailable in the Poland,
-
participation of academic staff in the preparation of international grant applications under the funds offered by the National Science Center and the National Center for Research and Development.
Support will cover 90 PhD students and 10 academic staff from the Gdańsk University of Technology and foreign research centers, including 50 people going abroad, and 40 foreigners coming to Gdańsk Tech.
