Out of hundreds of nominations, Intel and GUT MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management have been shortlisted to the final 4 candidates for the MBA Employer and Business School Partnership Award.
The award celebrates businesses which have taken a proactive, positive and strategic approach to the recruitment and talent development of MBA students and graduates while effectively working with business schools to bridge the gap between education and practice. It also recognizes organizations adopting a proactive, innovative approach to MBA, recruitment, talent management and succession planning.
"The cooperation between Intel and the GUT MBA programme is driven by desired employee capabilities, such as approaching complex challenges. Intel and MBA connect the IT work environment with business education, focusing on the competences which are essential for the 21st century workforce. Our talents are able to critically evaluate and convey knowledge and be creative. They also have the capability for communication and collaboration. Intel finds such features in the Gdańsk University of Technology MBA curriculum and its alumni", says Barbara Stepnowska, PhD, MBA Director at Gdańsk University of Technology.
AMBA will present the MBA Employer and Business School Partnership Award on the 2nd of February 2018 in London during an exclusive event attended by business school leaders from across the global network to pay tribute to the greatest successes in MBA education over the past year.
