→ printed and signed recruitment form from eRekrutacja system,
→ copy of matriculation diploma (high school diploma) in the original language - certified for consistency with the original by a notary public or GUT Admission Centre or the Faculty Admission Committee, appended with its Polish translation attested by a sworn translator,
→ apostille/legalization + nostrification if needed, or another document which entitles the holder to apply to the higher education institution in the country of issue; if the certificate is not recognized by law, it is necessary to contact the school board of education (does not apply to IB / EB matriculation),
→ International Baccalaureate diploma - IB diploma (if the candidate is not yet in possession of the diploma — a transcript of the grades stamped by the school, and a certificate from the school ensuring that the diploma will be issued at a later date)
→ on your recruitment account (e-Rekrutacja) there appears information that the recruitment fee has not yet been received you must provide proof of payment - recruitment fee payment slip. (note: for each candidate, the eRekrutacja system generates an individual bank account number).
note: please do not submit original documents, but notarized copies or copies attested by GUT Admission Centre or Faculty Admission Committee)
Important information
→ You need to submit paper version of your documents according to the schedule — electronic documents are not enough!
→ Admission for the field of Architecture is carried out in a two-step procedure:
a) the first stage - a competition, a two-part test of predisposition to the profession of architect (freehand drawing, tests). The candidate is obliged to take both parts of the test.
b) the second stage - the competition of candidate’s points in the subjects of mathematics, Polish and foreign language.
Please check the dates of exams in the schedule.
→ One set of the required documents should be submitted in a white, unmarked file.
→ A candidate may submit the required documents to the Faculty Admission Committee (FAC) in person, or they can be delivered by post, courier or by third parties. If the documents are sent by post, the date of their receipt by the FAC of Gdańsk University of Technology is applicable, not the date on the postmark. Remember that photocopies of documents should be authenticated.
→ A copy of the matriculation diploma may be certified for compliance with the original by a notary, Admission Centre or the Faculty Admission Committee. A copy of the ID card or other document confirming the identity of the candidate for studies may be certified for compliance with the original by the authority issuing the document, notary, Admission Centre or the Faculty Admission Committee.
→ European Baccalaureate Diploma (EB) and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) should be submitted to the Admission Center, not directly at the faculty.
