The ENHANCE+ project is a European initiative focused on strengthening collaboration between technical universities to enhance engineering education. It is part of the wider ENHANCE Alliance, a consortium of technical universities from Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Poland and the Netherlands. The project aims to create a more integrated European higher education area and will run for four years, involving 10 partner universities and 10 work packages (WPs).

Objectives and Vision

ENHANCE+ is dedicated to fostering cooperation among European technical universities, improving student and staff mobility, and delivering innovative educational offers. It aims to create a European academic space where science, technology, society, and the environment interact sustainably, supported by the “One Campus” vision. This vision enables students and staff to move seamlessly across partner institutions through a virtual integrated campus experience.

Key Activities
  • Development of a joint educational offer and a winter school on data literacy.

  • Promotion of student and staff mobility through European Education Pathways (EEPs).

  • Scaling up short-term learning opportunities, micro-credentials, and lifelong learning pathways.

  • Strengthening digitalization efforts through an IT Knowledge Hub.

  • Building capacity for future skills, sustainable entrepreneurship, and societal engagement.
