International Exchange Knowledge Hub | Gdańsk University of Technology

International Exchange Knowledge Hub is an initiative of the ENHANCE alliance addressed to employees of member universities who wish to deepen their knowledge and exchange experiences in the field of international mobility of students and staff. If you are looking for a place where you can:

• share and develop your knowledge related to international mobility of students and staff,
• gain deeper insight into the functioning of exchange agencies and their programmes,
• understand international, national, and local regulations and processes affecting exchange programmes,
• discover existing international, national, and institutional programmes that support collaboration within ENHANCE,
• understand the challenges faced by people participating in mobility programmes and by those supporting them before, during, and after mobility,
• share your experiences and ideas,
• build a network of internationalisation specialists,

this hub is for you.

We will meet bimonthly for one-hour online sessions. Each meeting will start with a short introductory presentation (up to 20 minutes), which will serve as a starting point for discussion. After a series of online meetings, we plan to meet in person in Gdańsk during a dedicated Staff Week (May or June 2026) to summarise our discussions and plan the next steps. There is no obligation to attend all meetings — feel free to join only those sessions that are most relevant to you. We encourage you to co-create the hub by proposing topics and leading discussions. Share the registration form with colleagues who might be interested in participating. All sessions within the International Exchange Knowledge Hub series will be recorded. The recordings will be available exclusively on the Gdańsk Tech “eNauczanie” platform and accessible only to registered participants.
