The Einsteinium Short-Term Incoming Visits program is part of the implementation of IDUB's tasks in the scope of increasing the quality level of the university's scientific activity, Action I.2. (Construction and development of international research teams at Gdańsk University of Technology). The aim of the program is to ensure the transfer of knowledge of renowned foreign scientists visiting Gdańsk Tech to research teams of Gdańsk University of Technology. The consequence of these visits should also be the establishment or development of research cooperation between the visiting person and the team from Gdańsk University of Technology, going beyond the period of the visit.

For whom?

  • Research or research-scientific employees of a university who are leaders of a research team
  • A doctoral or postdoctoral degree.

What you stand to gain?

Under the Program, it is possible to finance:

  •  costs of short-term visits from 1 week to 2 months by renowned foreign scientists to Gdańsk University of Technology;
  •  the costs of a three-month stay of a foreign scientist as a member of the research team, the creation of which is financed from the AURUM Supporting International Research Team Building program.
