Communication Officers Meeting within the ENHANCE+ Project | Gdańsk University of Technology

From June 24 to 26, 2025, Gdańsk University of Technology hosted a three-day workshop for Communication Officers involved in the implementation of the ENHANCE+ project. The meeting aimed to facilitate the exchange of experiences, strengthen cooperation, and jointly develop effective communication strategies for the ENHANCE alliance.

Throughout the workshop, participants discussed key elements of the communication strategy tailored to diverse target groups. Particular attention was given to selecting appropriate methods and communication channels, ranging from traditional information tools to modern digital platforms. Creative ideas for promoting project activities both within the academic community and beyond were also explored.

One of the topics that sparked particular interest was ENHANCE’s presence on social media. The role of students as natural ambassadors of the project was highlighted, as their involvement can significantly increase the reach and visibility of the various work packages online. Participants also addressed the everyday challenges faced by Communication Officers — from preparing promotional materials to adapting messaging to a rapidly evolving media landscape.

The workshop concluded with a hands-on working session with the team from Work Package 7, “European Education Pathways,” during which participants developed proposals for joint promotional activities and a timeline for continued collaboration. The meeting proved to be not only a valuable platform for knowledge exchange but also an inspiring impulse for the further development of communication efforts within the project.
