International Exchange Knowledge Hub | Gdańsk University of Technology

A new initiative for the ENHANCE Alliance university’s employee community, the "International Exchange Knowledge Hub", has been launched to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the field of mobility. The initiative has been developed and is led by the Work Package Human Dimension.

Meetings will be held online bimonthly, on Wednesdays. Format of the meetings: 20 minutes presentation followed by discussion. Participants can choose the sessions that align with their interests and are not required to attend all meetings. However, those who decide to take part in all thematic sessions and the Staff Week in May 2026 will receive a certificate of participation in the "International Exchange Knowledge Hub" course.

This project serves as a platform for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences related to employee mobility and student mobility, including information about exchange agencies, available programs, understanding international processes, and local regulations on mobility. It offers opportunities for share ideas and effective solutions, fostering a strong network of internationalization professionals.

• 19 November 2025, 13:00 – Topic TBC (we are seeking colleagues interested in sharing knowledge/experience or looking for support)

• 21 January 2026, 13:00 – Institutional Allocation of Erasmus+ STT and STA Grants (presented by Gdańsk Tech)

• 13 March 2026, 13:00 – Topic TBC (we are seeking colleagues interested in sharing knowledge/experience or looking for support).
