ENHANCE Comeback Event is a 3-hour (divided into two 1.5-hour sessions) friendly, interactive online meeting designed to help you organize your experiences, share them with others, and discover how they can support your future.

What’s the purpose of the event?

Because mobility doesn’t end the moment you land back home.
It’s the perfect moment to pause for a while and reflect:
What did I gain? How can I use it? How can I continue growing?

The Comeback Event continues ENHANCE’s efforts to support students before, during, and after their mobility. After the outgoing preparation (Intercultural Preparation Seminar), it’s time for the final step — looking at your experiences from a distance and taking from them what’s most valuable.

What will you gain?

• You’ll gain perspective
  You’ll take a moment to look at your adventure from a distance — at the emotions, successes, challenges, surprises, and how the whole experience has shaped you.
• You’ll understand which skills you developed
  And these are skills that truly matter: intercultural communication, navigating unfamiliar environments, building relationships, and creative problem-solving.
  We’ll help you put it into words — so you can use it in applications, interviews, or conversations about internships.
• You’ll meet other returnee students
  You’ll connect with people who returned from different ENHANCE universities. You’ll share stories, reflections, and maybe even spark new ideas for the future.
• You’ll learn how to stay involved in ENHANCE
  Want to become an ENHANCE Ambassador? Or maybe join local initiatives or other educational projects in the Alliance? We’ll show you all the possibilities.
