Project title: Welcome to Gdańsk Tech
Target groups: 200 PhD students at the Doctoral School (particularly international students) and candidates for admission to the School, as well as 20 members of administrative, research and teaching staff.
Project outcomes: higher-quality, more professional services for international PhD students; more efficient administrative processes supported by new IT tools; and greater international visibility of the doctoral training offered by the Doctoral School at Gdańsk Tech.
Project Activities
- training sessions, workshops, study visits, and conferences for university staff,
- training sessions, workshops and social events for PhD students,
- development of the Welcome Office as a support centre for the university’s international community,
- development of IT tools to improve services for current and prospective PhD students,
- online information and promotional activities.
