Candidates with qualification obtained in Poland
You have obtained a master's degree in Poland.Upload your current CV in PDF format.
Upload a colour passport-style photograph in JPG format, measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Download the current declaration template, complete it with your prospective supervisor and obtain the required signatures.
Upload proof of payment only if your payment is not automatically confirmed in the system.
Attach your integrated master’s degree diploma or both your bachelor’s and master’s degree diplomas.
If your diploma supplement does not state your grade point average (GPA), you must attach a separate certificate from your university confirming it.
You may submit one research achievement for assessment. This criterion accounts for 20% of the overall admissions score. To document a publication, attach its first page. For a monograph or a chapter in a monograph, also attach the publisher information page and the table of contents. To document a conference presentation, attach the conference programme or a certificate confirming your oral or poster presentation. If you cannot provide supporting documents by the application deadline, or if you obtain a higher-scoring research achievement after that deadline, you may submit the relevant documents at your interview with the Admissions Committee.
Provide one of the following as proof of English language proficiency at B2 level or higher:
- a master’s degree diploma from a second-cycle or integrated master’s programme completed entirely in English, together with a diploma supplement or a university certificate confirming the language of instruction;
- a master’s degree diploma from a second-cycle or integrated master’s programme completed in Polish, together with a diploma supplement confirming English language proficiency as part of the learning outcomes for a qualification at Level 7 of the Polish Qualifications Framework (PQF);
- a copy of a passport issued by a country where English is an official language, if English is your native language;
- a valid language certificate listed in Annex 4 to the Admission Resolution.

You have obtained a master’s degree outside Poland.Upload your current CV in PDF format.

Attach your diploma, legalised or apostilled in the country of issue.
If you completed separate bachelor’s and master’s programmes, also attach your bachelor’s degree diploma.
If you completed separate bachelor’s and master’s programmes, attach documents for both degrees. If your grade point average (GPA) is not stated, also attach a separate certificate from your university confirming it.
Attach this certificate if the grading scale is not explained in your diploma supplement or transcript of records.
Attach sworn translations into Polish or English of any documents issued in another language.
