Aleksandra Kocińska from the Gdańsk Tech Biznes Hub shares her experience of taking part in the “Train the Trainer Program in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation” at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden – one of the ten ENHANCE Alliance partner universities.
Aleksandra Kocińska shares her experience:

"Last week, I had the opportunity to once again visit Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, where I completed my participation in the ENHANCE+ program 'Train the Trainer – in the field of Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation' after one year.

The in-person meeting was incredibly valuable – although we had been meeting online every two months over the past year, face-to-face conversations allowed for deeper reflection and more dynamic discussions in various configurations. Participants expressed a strong willingness to continue collaboration in the future.

The most important outcome of this program is the creation of a community of practitioners – open to cooperation and mutual support. Despite differences in our areas of work and the challenges we face, we have found many similarities and shared valuable knowledge and experience.

I would like to sincerely thank the Chalmers University team for their excellent organization and hospitality: Kristine Dobricic, Karen Williams-Middleton, Martin Lackeus, Yashar Mansoori, Anmar Kamalaldin, and Kristine Hejdenberg Sedström.

This year, I was accompanied by Dr. Magdalena Fabjanowicz from the Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology, who now acts as a liaison between our cohort and the new group of participants just beginning their journey in the program, also drawing from our experience.

Participating in this initiative has been an incredibly valuable and inspiring experience for me. As a representative of PG Biznes Hub and Gdańsk Tech Startup School (GTS2), we plan to implement the best practices and inspirations developed together with the members of this international community.”
