Mentor Role Description:

Within the ENHANCE Research Internship Programme, each student will work under the guidance of two academic mentors – one from the home institution and one from the host university. Mentors are crucial in supporting students throughout their research journey, including:

  • Assisting in the preparation of the internship proposal, defining research objectives and methodology

  • Approving the proposal as an academic supervisor

  • Providing ongoing research guidance during the internship

  • Reviewing and giving feedback on the final evaluation report

Mentors play a key role in fostering academic collaboration, ensuring high-quality research project design, and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

Below is a list of mentors available for support at Gdańsk University of Technology. However, if a student is already collaborating with another faculty member not included in the list, they may also invite that person to serve as their mentor within the programme.
