Daniel Fahrenheit University Alliance in Gdańsk (FarU) will showcase the achievements and capabilities of selected Science Clubs from the member universities (GUMed, Gdańsk Tech, and UG) during the largest technology conference in Central and Eastern Europe – Infoshare. The event will take place on October 14-15 at AmberExpo in Gdańsk.

Infoshare is 2 days filled with presentations by experts from Polish and international companies and institutions such as Twitter, Google, LPP, Spartez, T-mobile, and Amazon. This year, participants can look forward to 5 thematic stages where specialists from around the world will deliver lectures.

During the conference, Science Clubs from the 3 largest universities in Pomerania will be represented by FarU. Among the projects they will present are, among others, a hand prosthesis made using 3D printing, a fully automatic sailing boat, an emulator of old arcade games, research on the use of EEG apparatus and biofeedback in the prevention and reduction of the negative consequences of work addiction, and analysis of circulating tumor cells (CTC).

The goal of the event is to present and exchange experiences among specialists from the business, new technologies, and startup sectors.
