Santander Award – exclusively for Gdańsk Tech students and PhD candidates
There are 30 awards of 2,000 PLN each to be granted to students and PhD candidates who stand out for their achievements and commitment. This is an opportunity to receive recognition that not only highlights academic or social accomplishments but also provides financial support!

Trainings with a selection process and limited places
Santander Training | USA Summer Experience 2025 – PENN
This is a 3-week onsite training program that supports not only learning English but also personal development through courses in communication, innovation, sustainable development, leadership, and many others. Take advantage of paid flights, accommodation in dormitories, and inspiring lectures by renowned PENN instructors. Acquire valuable skills and receive a certificate of participation while experiencing life in the United States. To participate in the program, you must be at least 18 years old but not older than 30 at the time of application. You must reside in Poland or one of the 13 countries listed on the program's website. You should have English language proficiency between B1 minimum and C1 maximum, and be available for the training in the USA from July 14 to August 1, 2025. Some candidates, depending on nationality, will need to apply for an F-1 visa. Only those selected in Stage III will receive information necessary to apply for it. The program does not cover the visa application process or associated costs.

Santander Training | Skills for Work – Coursera
Take advantage of the opportunity to improve your professional skills for free. Choose from 5 training paths, such as ESG, cybersecurity, marketing, or soft skills, and gain access to Coursera’s course offerings for a whole year. The training is 100% online. Apply if you want to increase your attractiveness in the job market!

Trainings with immediate access, no limit on places, and no recruitment process
Register on the Santander Open Academy platform and take advantage of trainings with immediate access. Find the training for you – choices include English, Excel, Power BI, Python, artificial intelligence (AI), project management, critical and strategic thinking, effective verbal and written communication, leadership, and wellbeing. The trainings are 100% online and can be completed at your own pace. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate confirming the skills acquired.
Santander Training | Excel – from beginner to advanced level
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Excel skills, from basic to intermediate levels. The training will help you acquire the essential knowledge to effectively manage data and analyze information in your daily work. You will learn to use key formulas and functions, as well as create dynamic tables that facilitate working with large data sets.
Santander Training | Basics of ChatGPT
Develop your skills in artificial intelligence and learn how to use ChatGPT in life and work. This training will help you understand the principles of language models and their applications in various contexts, such as content creation, task automation, and process optimization. The training will help you develop key skills and strategies necessary for effective team management. You will focus on personal development and practical aspects of leadership, gaining tools that will boost your confidence.

- 16 years of age for trainings with immediate access,
- 18 years of age for programs with limited places (conditions for applying for Santander Training | USA Summer Experience 2025 – PENN are provided above in the program description),
- participants do not need to be clients of the Santander Group.
