International Days 2025 – we invite all staff, PhD candidates and students!

On Tuesday, 25 November 2025, we invite the entire academic community to join International Days – a series of events dedicated to Erasmus+ and other international opportunities available at our university. This year’s edition coincides with the Name Day of Erasmus of Rotterdam, the patron of the Erasmus+ programme.

Event Programme – 25.11.2025 (Main Building, Assembly Hall)

  • 11:00 – Information meeting for university staff

    • Erasmus+ mobility procedures

    • available destinations and duration

    • funding opportunities

    • training and job-shadowing mobility as part of the ENHANCE Alliance

  • 12:30 – Information meeting for PhD candidates

    • research and training mobility opportunities

    • funding options and application rules

International Cooperation Centre Information Point

9:00–15:00 | Entrance to the Main Building

Throughout the day, staff from the International Cooperation Centre will provide information on:

  • Erasmus+ studies and traineeships,

  • staff mobility,

  • opportunities within the ENHANCE Alliance.

A sweet treat will be waiting for all visitors to celebrate Erasmus’ Name Day.

Faculty Information Meetings

Additional meetings with Erasmus+ faculty coordinators will take place in the following days.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about faculty-specific procedures and listen to stories from peers who have returned from their Erasmus mobility.
