Module I - How to Create a Technology Offer That Business Will Understand?
Date: July 1, 2026 (Wednesday), 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Facilitator: Marcin Stolarek, PG Biznes Hub
You have promising research results but do not know how to translate them into a concrete offer for industry?
Often, the problem does not lie in the technology itself, but in the way it is communicated – lack of clear value for the recipient and an inappropriate form of communication effectively block the commercialization process.
During the workshop, we will show you how to prepare a technology offer that is understandable to business and effectively supports the process of establishing cooperation.
Module I Agenda:
- Introduction: the role of technology offers in commercialization
- From research results to an offer for industry: working with technology from the recipient’s perspective:
identifying the problem that addresses the challenge, defining the target group and the value for the industrial partner, discussing possible forms of cooperation (contract research, licensing, sale of rights) and their impact on the way the offer is prepared. - Structure of an effective technology offer
- Workshop exercise: Participants work on their own examples of technologies and research projects, preparing preliminary versions of technology offers. The work is based on the template used at PG Biznes Hub.
- Discussion of results and summary
