Call for proposals for the Ventus Hydrogenii Redivivus program in the area of hydrogen technologies has been prolonged

We would like to announce that in accordance with the decision of the VHR Program Coordinator, the call for proposals for the area of hydrogen technologies is postponed until 30 September 2022. 


Ventus Hydrogenii Redivivus Program, is an element of supporting the implementation of the tasks of IDUB Program in the field of research and implementation activities. The aim of the Program is to support implementation research conducted at the University in the area of technologies of key importance to the economy, in particular wind energy, hydrogen technologies and closed cycle economy.

Budget and funding conditions

The application subject may be a research and implementation project. The realizing team (consortium) should consist of employees of at least two University's organizational units (departments or centers), and the Applicant's organizational unit becomes the project leader. It is possible for external entities, including those from the industrial environment, to participate in the project implementation as members of a consortium, provided that they cover direct costs of their participation from their own resources.

If an external entity is to be a member of the consortium implementing the project, it is necessary to conclude an agreement on the establishment of the consortium, containing, among others, the method of cooperation between the parties, the division of work between the parties and the definition of intellectual property rights to the project results.

The direct costs of the project may include:

  • costs of purchase of apparatus for obtaining functional completeness of research infrastructure necessary for the project implementation;
  • costs of necessary modernisation and adaptation of premises;
  • material costs of conducting research or construction works, including the development of a prototype;
  • remuneration costs (gross) of contractors ( project team) - up to PLN 36 000/person/year;
  • remuneration costs of technical and administrative staff of the team implementing the project;
  • costs of necessary external services.

Note 
A letter of intent from an external partner is required at the application stage when collaborating with an external entity, once the applicant is notified of eligibility for funding, the applicant is required to submit a consortium agreement to the IDUB Office.

How to Apply?

The area of wind energy, circular economy and other areas

  • The call for applications for the program will be open from June 1 to June 30, 2022 23:59
  • The Applicant submits the application in electronic version (to the address granty@pg.edu.pl) and a set of documents to the IDUB Project Team (by internal post to the Project Management Office - formerly Project Office or personally pok. 407 building B of the PG Main Building).

Hydrogen technology area 

  • The call for applications will last from June 1 to September 30, 2022, 23:59 hours.
  • The Applicant shall submit an electronic application (to granty@pg.edu.pl) and a set of documents to the IDUB Project Team (by internal post to the Project Management Office  - formerly Project Office or personally in room 407, building B of the main building of PG).
