About the program
The Molybdenum Startup School Program is part of the implementation of the tasks of the IDUB project in increasing knowledge and technology transfer under Action V.5. Measures to increase the efficiency of technology transfer. The goal of the Program is to build a sustainable, systemic mechanism for initiating and supporting academic entrepreneurship, particularly based on the results of research conducted at Gdansk University of Technology, through the following activities:
- promoting knowledge in the field of academic entrepreneurship,
- scientific and technological support and mentoring for teams participating in the program,
- providing grants for the best teams planning to create startup or spin-off companies,
- organizing workshops for generating ideas with business potential,
- conducting matchmaking and entrepreneurial team building classes.
Molybdenum Startup School is the axis of the project titled Gdansk Tech Startup School, which includes 2 programs:
- pre-incubation Startup School One program, in short SS1
- the incubation grant program Startup School Two, in short SS2
