Issuance of administrative decisions to unsuccessful candidates and certificates for visa purposes to admitted candidates
Entry in the doctoral student register for candidates admitted to the Doctoral School who have met all formal requirements
Earliest possible date for admitted candidates and candidates awaiting admission to obtain doctoral student status and become eligible for a doctoral scholarship, once all formal requirements have been met.
Entry in the doctoral student register for admitted candidates and those awaiting admission, once all formal requirements have been met, including presenting original documents (with an apostille or legalisation for foreign diplomas) and signing the doctoral oath (matriculation). For international candidates, this is also the final arrival deadline for retaining the accommodation guarantee. Accommodation requires a separate application and is subject to the applicable allocation rules.

For international candidates, this is also the final arrival deadline, with no guarantee of accommodation in a dormitory.
