Programme: Peer-to-Peer Learning for Students and PhD candidates
Are you a member of a Science Club, Self-Government, or any other organization for students or PhD candidates? If so, get in touch with your peers from the ENHANCE Alliance and learn from one another. Design your own course delivered during a short visit – be the guest or a host, specify course contents and learning outcomes, and add ECTS credits into your study programme! Total budget allocated for this action is PLN 384 300.

Programme: Staff Study Visits
Have you thought how employees across the ENHANCE alliance approach challenges similar to yours? Let’s network and learn from one another! This programme enables you to participate in short study visits for staff, as a guest or a host. Gdańsk Tech will finance outgoing and incoming mobility for staff of ENHANCE universities, primarily administrative personnel, focused on the exchange of experience and good practices. Total budget allocated for this action is PLN 235 100.

Staff Week aimed at enhancing the competencies of ENHANCE alliance staff. Type of support: free participation in the event and an incoming mobility grant for employees of partner universities.

What does the action involve:
Students and PhD candidates affiliated with various organizations (such as science clubs, student governments, or councils) establish cooperation with similar organizations at ENHANCE partner universities:
- ENSAM (associate partner, Paris, France),
- Chalmers (Gothenburg), ETH Zurich, TU Delft, NTNU, PoliMi, TU Berlin, RWTH Aachen, UPV.
Mobility:
Development of competences with formal recognition of learning outcomes (ECTS included in study programmes).
- 74 mobilities in total, including:
- 54 outgoing mobilities of students and PhD candidates
- 20 incoming mobilities of students and PhD candidates to Gdańsk Tech
- Budget: PLN 384,300.00
