What can you expect? It’s a great opportunity to have a good time, meet new people, talk with members of our university community, and discover what – besides studying – you can do at Gdańsk Tech. On site, you will gain practical information that will make your first weeks at the university easier and help you better navigate your new environment.
The Hydepark area will be divided into five zones:
- Welcome Zone – a place where you will get practical information about studying and life at Gdańsk Tech. You will learn more about, among other things, dormitories, study abroad opportunities, development possibilities, scholarships, and other available forms of support. You will meet representatives from Gdańsk Tech units and student organizations.
- Music/Art Zone – a space for performances by student bands and conversations. Between concerts, the stage will be open for anyone who wants to, for example, share their story or invite others to a discussion on any topic.
- Chill Zone – a place to relax on deck chairs.
- Games and Activities Zone – an offer from the PG Academic Sports Centre addressed to everyone who loves being active. The program includes integrative activities and a lottery with university gadgets.
- Gastronomy Zone – field kitchen, beverages, and even ice cream. Everything free of charge.
Attention! Check out the Freshman’s Handbook.
Here you will find answers to all your questions about studies and student life: from Gdańsk Tech’s systems and student ID cards, through ECTS and exams, to scholarships, dormitories, and life on campus.
