The Second Meeting of the Young Researchers Team | Gdańsk University of Technology

During the meeting, we developed a work schedule for the Team for the upcoming year. We initiated work on the framework and content of a survey investigating barriers faced by young scientists at Gdańsk Tech two years after the previous survey. Each representative presented the expectations and plans for the upcoming year from the perspective of Faculty Authorities and the Doctoral School, regarding activities and cooperation with the Young Scientists Team.

We discussed pressing needs, including introducing transparency in the remuneration system, promoting individual research studies, improving recruitment to the Doctoral School, and expanding access to publication databases.

The next meeting is scheduled for December 13.
