Gdańsk University of Technology increased in the QS World University Rankings
The ranking takes into account nine indicators with different weights. The opinions of academics and employers about the universities, which are collected in the annual survey, are important for the ranking results. Together, they account for up to 45% of the total score.

As mentioned above, Gdańsk University of Technology has improved its score by one band and is now in the range of 801-850 range (from a position of 851-900 in QS WUR 2024).
Among the 22 Polish universities ranked in QS WUR 2025, Gdańsk Tech achieved the best results in the following indicators: citations per scientist (1st place), sustainability (3rd place) and percentage of teachers who are foreigners (4th place).
