Call in Aurum Plus program (19.08-31.10) | Gdańsk University of Technology

Under the Program, it is possible to obtain a University grant to finance the cost of research conducted in cooperation with partners from the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) in areas consistent with the activities of Gdańsk Tech's Priority Research Area Centers.

For whom?

An applicant may be a PG employee employed at the University as his/her primary place of work.  

A prerequisite for participation in the Program is the planned implementation of research in cooperation with a partner from NTUT. This cooperation should have a real dimension in the form involving the partner's execution of the planned research, the costs of which will be financed from the partner's own funds. 

What you stand to gain?

The maximum amount of funding for a research project under the Program is PLN 45,000 gross. The maximum amount of funding from NTUT for research performed by its employees is NT$300,000.

Costs may include, but are not limited to: 

• costs of disseminating the results of the research conducted under the grant, such as: article publication fees
• costs of participation in conferences, delegation costs; costs of purchasing small laboratory equipment and materials necessary for the construction of models for pilot studies, perishable materials
• costs of purchasing computer equipment and software
• salaries of the manager and contractors from Gdańsk Tech (project team)
• costs of business trips to the partner country from Gdańsk Tech

What is the project implementation period?

The grant implementation period cannot be longer than 12 months.
