Thanks to the implementation of annual action plans at faculties and doctoral schools, training and meetings are organized on public procurement, project implementation, as well as on writing publications, counteracting mobbing and improving communication. Scientific seminars are conducted.
The authorities of some faculties decided to introduce faculty grants for young researchers, others increased the subsidy for projects for young researchers or introduced teaching discounts and language support.
At the infrastructure level, some problems are being solved and social rooms for employees have been opened.
In addition, tutorials were introduced at the Doctoral School, and candidates applying to become supervisors were obliged to familiarize themselves with and accept the scope of the promoter's rights and responsibilities.
