The Team takes on challenges both at the University and local level – faculty and doctoral schools.
In 2022, the Team successfully connected survey, interviews and meetings with focus groups, and on this basis identified the barriers faced by young researchers at Gdańsk Tech. The Team proposed about 20 recommendations aimed at eliminating problems and supporting young employees and doctoral students. The record of these activities is reflected in the HR4R Strategy for 2022-2025 (RR No. 74/2022 of 18 November 2022) and in the form of tasks carried out within the framework of IDUB activities.
