Members of the YRS Honored | Gdańsk University of Technology

The ceremony took place on Wednesday, December 4, in the Main Hall of the University’s Main Building. The event was attended by Beata Rutkiewicz, Pomeranian Voivode, Prof. Krzysztof Wilde, Rector of Gdańsk Tech; as well as members of the rector’s board, faculty authorities, student council representatives, and invited guests.

Honored Members of the Young Researchers Team (YRS) of Gdańsk Tech:

• PhD Eng. Mikołaj Nowak (Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering) – Special Rector’s Award,
• PhD Eng. Natalia Jatkowska (Faculty of Chemistry) – First-Degree Rector’s Award for Scientific and Artistic Achievements,
• PhD Eng. Roksana Licow and her team (Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering) – First-Degree Rector’s Team Award for Organizational Achievements,
• PhD Eng. Agnieszka Lendzion (Head of the YRS) and a team comprising staff from central units – Rector’s Distinction.

Additionally, some team members received Second- and Third-Degree Awards:

• PhD Eng. Krzysztof Wołoszyk – Award for Young Academic Staff and Third-Degree Rector’s Team Award for Teaching.
