Who is it for?

An employee of the Gdańsk University of Technology may apply for funding.

What can you receive?

Under the Program, funding may be obtained for:

• conducting incoming business missions—a study visit for potential or current partners interested in the University’s intellectual property. The study visit should include at minimum a presentation of the researchers’ offer and the organization of a demonstration or presentation for mission participants; a business mission may last up to 3 days,

• participation in national or international trade fairs as an exhibitor,

• participation in national or international trade fairs as a visitor,

• organizing visits to specifically identified companies to establish or expand cooperation with business partners,

• travel to business-oriented industry conferences,

• combining several different activities from the above points.

What is the project implementation period?

All activities carried out under the Program must be completed no later than 31 March 2026.

How and when to apply for funding?

Funds under the Program are awarded on a rolling basis until 31 December 2025 or until the allocation is exhausted.
Applications can be submitted via the Moja PG website in the Grants module.
