trip
Gdańsk University of Technology is launching the ENHANCE Research Internship Program for master’s students and doctoral candidates. It is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable research experience, establish international cooperation, and develop an academic career.

The aim of the program is to strengthen research-based education, support academic mobility, and foster collaboration within the ENHANCE Alliance, which consists of:

The program offers three-month outgoing and incoming internships:

  • 4 places for Gdańsk Tech master’s students (outgoing);

  • 4 places for Gdańsk Tech doctoral candidates (outgoing);

  • 4 places for incoming master’s students to Gdańsk Tech;

  • 4 places for incoming doctoral candidates to Gdańsk Tech.

Eligibility requires student or doctoral candidate status as well as meeting the legal and academic requirements of the host university.

Each intern will carry out a project under the supervision of two academic mentors – one from the home institution and one from the host institution. The mentor is responsible for: supporting the student in preparing the internship proposal (research objectives, methodology), approving the project as academic supervisor, providing ongoing research guidance during the internship, and evaluating the final internship report.
