Micro-credentials and the Next Stage in the #UniversitiesOfTheFuture Project
On Thursday, September 18, representatives of 12 partner universities, NCBR, and IBE PIB held discussions on the concept and application of micro-credentials within the Universities of the Future Project.
This marks the next step toward the individualization of student education within the project, as well as the inclusion of the usefulness of education segmentation and addressing real business needs – namely, the demand for the 4C competencies among employees (communication, cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking).
Gdańsk University of Technology was represented by MES coordinators – Agnieszka Krysiak, Head of the Education Department, and Agnieszka Lendzion, Head of the Office for Young Researchers.
The call for applications for the second edition of the project will open soon. We invite first- and second-year undergraduate students to join.
