The conference is the final dissemination event of the AICOSERV Project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ EMDM Programme. The project is coordinated by Gdańsk University of Technology, with consortium partners from Austria, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, and Ukraine.

The conference will focus on:

  • presenting key results of the AICOSERV project, including research findings, analytical frameworks, and educational outcomes related to AI-enabled public sector co-creation;

  • exchanging knowledge and experiences on the use of artificial intelligence in public services, with particular attention to values, ethics, transparency, and citizen participation;

  • discussing best practices and real-world cases of AI-supported co-creation in public administration from partner countries;

  • creating a space for dialogue between academics, public administration representatives, policymakers, practitioners, civil society organisations, and technology experts.

The event combines scientific, practical, and policy-oriented perspectives. The programme includes keynote talks, roundtable discussions, panel debates, and project results presentations, offering participants opportunities to exchange experiences and establish new professional connections.
