Literature review seminar – summary

On 19 January, a seminar dedicated to the literature review process was held at Gdańsk University of Technology. The event brought together students, doctoral candidates, and others interested in strengthening their research skills and adopting a systematic approach to working with academic literature.

During the seminar, participants were introduced to structured and practical methods for navigating the literature review process, which can significantly support the preparation of research projects, academic articles, and theses. The event also provided an opportunity to deepen methodological knowledge, exchange experiences, and discuss best practices related to conducting a systematic literature review.

The seminar was led by Ersi Varsami Zafeiriou, MA, Doctoral Candidate at the Dresden Leibniz Graduate School (DLGS) and Leibniz Institute for Ecological Urban & Regional Development (IÖR), affiliated with Technische Universität Dresden. Kareem Ayyad, MA served as the host and moderated the discussion.
