Meeting of the YRT. Recommendations for the HR4R Strategy 2026–2028 | Gdańsk University of Technology

The aim of the meeting was to propose solutions addressing the barriers identified in a survey conducted among young researchers in March 2025, as well as areas that require strengthening in the coming years of implementing the European Charter for Researchers.

During the meeting, participants discussed in detail the current challenges related, among others, to the functioning of young researchers at the university in the areas of career development, working conditions and organizational culture. The proposals developed during the meeting will be submitted to the management of Gdańsk University of Technology for further consideration and implementation in the Gdańsk Tech HR4R Strategy 2026–2028.

The next meeting is scheduled for 18 February 2026.
