Summary of the Meeting on the New HR4R Strategy | Gdańsk University of Technology

On 22 January 2026, a meeting dedicated to discussing and planning the new implementation period of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HR4R) for 2026–2028 was held in the Creative Room at Gdańsk University of Technology.

The meeting was chaired by PhD Agnieszka Lendzion. During the discussion, key topics related to development at Gdańsk Tech were addressed, including issues concerning projects, competence development, the use of databases, mentoring, and many other activities that will form the foundation of the new HR4R strategy.

Thank you all for your participation! The conclusions from the meeting constitute an important contribution to the further work on shaping the HR4R Strategy for 2026–2028.
