Guests of the Young Researchers Office | Gdańsk University of Technology

The meeting was attended by six representatives of three institutions:

1. University of Warsaw - Olga Mędrzejewska and Elvira Khasanova from the Welcome Point
2. National Centre for Nuclear Research - Monika Madigan
3. Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences - Marta Baranowicz-Szynkiewicz and Renata Wrońska

The activities of the Young Researchers Office were presented by PhD Agnieszka Lendzion, Head of the YRO, and Joanna Szakoła. The meeting covered a wide range of initiatives addressed to young researchers at Gdańsk University of Technology, with particular emphasis on international doctoral candidates. The discussion focused on support mechanisms, integration initiatives, and activities dedicated to young researchers, especially international PhD students.

An important part of the meeting was also devoted to international cooperation, including building research consortia and implementing joint projects. The visit concluded with a group photo as a symbolic summary of the meeting.
