[Update 25.03.2024] [3rd and 4th-year PhD Students] Doctoral examination
Dear PhD Students,
Please be informed that all PhD Students are obliged to pass a doctoral examination no later than in the 4th year. The exam verifies your knowledge at an advanced level in the discipline in which the training is conducted. The exam is organized by the Discipline Council / Field Council / Scientific Council at Gdańsk Tech / the Institute, supervising education at the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology, and its result is confirmed in the examination report. For details, please contact directly the chairperson of the Discipline Council / Field Council / Scientific Council.
All 4th-year PhD students need to take an exam no later than on 21.06.2024.
3rd-year PhD students can take the exam earlier than on their 4th-year. Please contact Discipline Council / Field Scientific Councils in Council / the Institutes in advance in order to schedule the date.
After the exam please provide the Doctoral School office with a copy of the doctoral examination report.
