Co-financing of scientific events from the Gdańsk Tech Doctoral Students’ Self-government funds | Gdańsk University of Technology

The aim of the program is to support your active participation in national and international scientific events related to your doctoral research.

Below are the most important details about the program:

• The co-funding covers the conference fee.
• Co-funding for scientific conferences is granted only in case of active participation, i.e., giving a speech or presenting a poster.
• In the case of co-authored work, only one co-author can apply for funding.
• The maximum co-funding amount is: 
  • 2500 PLN for an international event
  • 750 PLN for a domestic event
• It is possible to apply for co-funding for other types of scientific events not explicitly mentioned in the regulations (such as summer schools, workshops, and others). In such cases, the SDPG Chairperson decides on the acceptance of the application.
• The application must be submitted no later than 10 working days before the event date.
