[2nd-year PhD Students] Mid-Term Evaluation – schedule and documents

On February 24, 2025, a meeting between the School's Authorities and 2nd year PhD students regarding mid-term evaluation was held, at which the initial schedule for mid-term evaluation was presented. Below is the final evaluation schedule.

Making eDocuments regarding the mid-term evaluation available to PhD students - attaching them to PhD student accounts in the MojaPG system.

Filling eDocuments in the system (MojaPG) by PhD students and attaching the required files to them: 

  • PhD Student’s mid-term report
  • Questionnaire for evaluation of the quality of supervisor care

Templates for the above-mentioned documents can be found on the Doctoral School's website under the tab: PhD Students -> Formalities -> Download materials -> Templates (access after logging in) in section II.4. 

Submission of documents to the School Office is carried out in the Moja PG -> Student > eDocuments system after approval by the PhD student and, in the case of the mid-term report, additionally by the supervisor.

NOTE! Please do not wait until the deadline but submit the documents to the system as soon as possible. The date for sending eDocuments should be agreed with the supervisor to take into account his availability to accept the documents by the required date -> see date below.

The results of the mid-term evaluation and the quality of supervisor care

  • expected date of increasing the doctoral scholarship for those who passed the mid-term evaluation 

or 

removal from the doctoral students’ list of those who negatively passed the mid-term evaluation. 

NOTE! Taking part in the mid-term evaluation is mandatory, and failure to submit the required eDocuments by the deadline will result in disqualification from the evaluation process, leading to removal from the Doctoral School.

eDocuments related to mid-term evaluation and their circulation in the system 

Circulation of eDocuments in the system is initiated by the Doctoral School Office. 

Forwarding, obtaining signatures from decision-makers and approving eDocuments at the Doctoral School is carried out in the Moja PG -> Student -> eDocuments system.

  • For supervisors: PhD Supervisors (access after logging in) -> Information for PhD Supervisors (in Polish only) -> Section: Documents submitted through the Moja PG portal.
