LibKey Nomad is a free browser extension for Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Vivaldi.
It helps you get quick access to research articles and books available through the Gdańsk University of Technology Library subscriptions.
With LibKey Nomad, you can see if a publication is available already in the search results – no login is needed.
LibKey Nomad works only on desktop computers and laptops.
It does not work on mobile browsers on smartphones or tablets.
How to install LibKey Nomad?
Download the extension for your browser from:

From the drop-down list, choose your institution:
"Gdańsk University of Technology"
How does LibKey Nomad work?
Each time you visit a page with research articles or books, LibKey Nomad automatically checks if the Gdańsk Tech Library gives access to them.
If the publication is available, you will see an icon or message that lets you go straight to the full text.
You do not need to create an account.
LibKey does not track users or collect personal data.
The extension works only on websites that include links to published scientific content.
