Branch profile:
The branch offers scientific collections divided into sections: automation, energy, hydraulics and pneumatics, medical engineering, machines, materials science, mechanics and strength of materials, machining and machine tools, coatings, engines, welding and cars and other vehicles, as well as Polish and foreign journals in the field of mechanical engineering. The branch also has a collection of industry, technical and popular science books. The shelves in the bookcases are described with the names of departments, and the books are taped with colorful stripes on the spine, according to their department affiliation.
The branch offers:
- 25 workstations,
- 4 computer workstations with Internet access and MS Office, including 3 workstations adapted to the needs of people with special challenges,
- 2 scanners.
