Race to Zero is a global campaign bringing together organizations, institutions and enterprises that commit to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. This initiative, supported by the United Nations, aims to unite efforts to limit global warming. Campaign participants commit to take specific actions to reduce emissions and reporting their progress. Gdańsk University of Technology joined the Race to Zero campaign in July 2023. We would like to share with you the Action Plan as part of the Race to Zero campaign, which presents the University's activities on the road to climate neutrality.
