Doctoral scholarship from January 2023 | Gdańsk University of Technology

We would like to inform you that according to the Regulation of the Ministry of Education and Science dated January 2, 2023, amending the Regulation on the amount of the minimum monthly basic salary for a professor in a public university, the amount of the minimum monthly basic salary for a professor in a public university increases from PLN 6.410,00 to the amount of PLN 7.210,00.

This means that the amounts of the doctoral scholarship will be as follows:

• PLN 2.667,70 gross at the beginning, and
• PLN 4.109,70 gross  after mid-term evaluation.

A disabled PhD student receives a doctoral scholarship increased by 30% of the basic amount (before the mid-term evaluation).
