[UPDATE 20.10.2023] Possibilities and effects of the employment of PhD students
Dear PhD students,
From October 1, 2023, significant changes to the Law on Higher Education and Science (PSWiN Act) regarding employment opportunities and implications for doctoral students will take effect.
The previous prohibition on the employment of doctoral school students as academic teachers and researchers has been repealed.
In addition, the provision making the scholarship payment contingent on the salary received has been changed, and is now not limited to projects, but only refers to the form of employment.
