What should you prepare before visiting the office?

Make sure you have: 

• an account with a Polish bank – have your account number ready; 

• a Polish phone number; 

• a PESEL number. 

If you need help opening a bank account, obtaining a Polish phone number or a PESEL number, contact our Welcome Office. 

Don’t forget to bring: 

1. The originals of all documents uploaded to the admission system. If your diploma was issued abroad, it must be legalised or bear an apostille. 

2. The following additional forms, completed in advance: 

   • PhD student’s oath; 

   • Declaration for the payment of the doctoral scholarship and registration for insurance.

When can you submit your documents?

Documents will only be accepted during the following office hours: 

• Monday: 10:00–13:30 

• Tuesday: 10:00–13:30 

• Wednesday: closed 

• Thursday: 8:00–11:30 

• Friday: 8:00-11:30 

What should you do after registration? 

Following successful registration, a welcome email will be sent to the email address provided in the recruitment system. The email will contain instructions on how to activate your doctoral student account in the Moja PG system, as well as information about the next steps. 

Activation of your doctoral student account in the Moja PG system is mandatory. Please activate your account immediately after receiving the email. If you have not received the email within a few days of registration, please contact us at admissions.phd@pg.edu.pl.
