Decisions on recruitment proceedings | Gdańsk University of Technology

In the e-Recruitment system, administrative e-decisions have been uploaded to the accounts of candidates to the Doctoral School who have agreed to receive them that way.

After logging in, the e-decisions should be downloaded from the "Summary" tab.

For those who have not agreed to receive a negative decision electronically, we will send the document in paper form by post.

In accordance with the Admission Rules, only decisions of non-admission to the Doctoral School have been issued.

§7 point 5  "Candidates who passed the selection procedure:
1) admitted to the Doctoral School, shall be entered on the list of doctoral students
2) not admitted to the Doctoral School, shall receive an individual administrative decision on the refusal of admission to
the Doctoral School, issued by the rector. The rector may authorize in writing the vice-chancellor for science or a
director of a School to issue the decision."

Foreign candidates admitted to the Doctoral School for AY 2023/2024, upon they arrival at the University with a set of original documents, will also receive an administrative decision on admission to the doctoral school.
