Climate walk - understanding and adapting to climate change (14.10)

The International Relations Office invites PhD students, students and staff to "Climate Walk: Understanding and Adapting to Climate Change," which will take place on Monday, October 14th, at 10:00 a.m.

During the walk, led by prof. dr hab. inż. Magdalena Gajewska and dr inż. Magda Kasprzyk from the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, participants will have the opportunity to discuss among other things the outcomes of urban development, and explore the measures that can be taken to adapt cities to climate change. Identify and analyze existing solutions, and suggest improvements to enhance urban resilience.

10:00 AM - 10:40 AM  a short introduction to the walk  (where? Creative room in Hydromechanics building no. 11)
10:40 AM - 12:00 PM / a walk around the campus and its surroundings 
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM / a summary of the walk over coffee and tea (where? Creative room in Hydromechanics building no. 11)
