Mid-term evaluation - committee interviews with PhD students and supervisors | Gdańsk University of Technology

According to the mid-term evaluation schedule, the next step are interviews with PhD students and their supervisors, which will be held online in the second half of October. Meetings with PhD students and their supervisors will be conducted separately. Presumably, each such meeting with a PhD student can last more than half an hour.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Doctoral School „A short presentation of the results achieved by the doctoral student is an element of the interview. The presentation is conducted in English.”. We would like to remind you that each PhD student is expected to prepare a short presentation, e.g. in Power Point, which they will present to the committee. The committee may go beyond the presentation material in its questions, especially if the reviews were critical or even negative.

Each doctoral student will receive information about the meetings by e-mail from the secretary or chairman of the committee. In case you do not receive such email, please contact the secretary of the respective committee.
